Mommy and Me Breakfast Bowls--made them together!
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked oatmeal
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cacao or cocoa powder
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- ½ cup Rasberries and blackberries
- 1 dragon fruit
- 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoon coconut chips
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Mix the cooked oatmeal with the maple syrup and cacao or cocoa powder
- Top with yogurt
- Sprinkle berries
- Slice dragon fruit and cut fun shapes with cookie cutters
- Sprinkle hemp seeds, coconut chips and chia seeds
