  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • ½ cup Rasberries and blackberries
  • 1 dragon fruit
  • 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoon coconut chips
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • Mix the cooked oatmeal with the maple syrup and cacao or cocoa powder
  • Top with yogurt
  • Sprinkle berries
  • Slice dragon fruit and cut fun shapes with cookie cutters
  • Sprinkle hemp seeds, coconut chips and chia seeds
