With a few substitutions, we can still enjoy that smoky flavor that we loved so much. Combining all the ingredients in the crock pot takes only a few minutes, and dinner is ready when you are. Perfect for a cold night when you need some comfort. Vegan, gluten free and dairy free.

Vegan Crock Pot Split Pea Soup
Crock pot, slow cooker vegan, split pea soup. Flavorful, creamy, comfort food. Gluten free, dairy free
Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cups split peas
- 64 oz vegetable broth
- 2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can organic jack fruit
- ¾ cup chopped celery
- ¾ cup shredded carrots
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Top with gluten free bread pieces toasted with olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on high for 6 hours.
- Top with toasted gluten free bread pieces, drizzled with olive oil
