Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cups split peas
  • 64 oz vegetable broth
  • 2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can organic jack fruit
  • ¾ cup chopped celery
  • ¾ cup shredded carrots
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Top with gluten free bread pieces toasted with olive oil
