Vegan Crock Pot Split Pea Soup was a comfort food in my house, but it was made with ham and other non vegan things. With a few substitutions, we can still enjoy that smoky flavor that we loved so much. Combining all the ingredients in the crock pot takes only a few minutes, and dinner is ready when you are. Perfect for a cold night when you need some comfort. Vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
