Superbowl Breakfast Bowl
- 1 cup oatmeal cooked
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 2 tablespoon ground flax
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup dried mulberries
- ½ banana
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon pomogranate seeds
- 1 tablespoon dried coconut
- 1 teaspoon sliced almonds.
- Mix cacao powder and maple syrup into oatmeal. Add to bowl
- Mix flax into coconut yogurt. Add to bowl.
- Add blueberries, mulberries, banana to bowl.
- Sprinkle with hemp seeds, pomegranate seeds, dried coconut and sliced almonds.
- This serves 2.
