- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 2 tablespoon ground flax
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup dried mulberries
- ½ banana
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon pomogranate seeds
- 1 tablespoon dried coconut
- 1 teaspoon sliced almonds.
Mix cacao powder and maple syrup into oatmeal. Add to bowl
Mix flax into coconut yogurt. Add to bowl.
Add blueberries, mulberries, banana to bowl.
Sprinkle with hemp seeds, pomegranate seeds, dried coconut and sliced almonds.
