    Coconut Fruit Wrap. These  wraps are a fantastic way to get a treat, while at the same time, enjoying a nutritious snack.  Fresh fruit, coconut wraps, almond butter, fruit, a few other goodies, and you have lunch, dessert or just an indulgence.  Vegan, gluten free and dairy free.

    This simple recipe is so easy, kids can prepare these wraps themselves.  Instead of junk food in the microwave, offer them this delicious and nutritious breakfast, lunch or snack.  One of the good things about a fruit wrap, is that you can use a variety of fruits--whatever you have in your refrigerator.   By sprinkling, pomegranate seeds, hemp seeds and chia seeds, you get added health bonuses of fiber and antioxidants.

    Ingredients For Fruit Wrap

    Take a quick look at the ingredient list to see if you have everything that you need for these coconut fruit wraps.

    • 2 coconut wraps
    • almond butter
    • yogurt
    • raspberries, blueberries or whatever berries that you have
    • banana
    • mango
    • toasted almonds
    • pomegranate seeds
    • hemp seeds
    • chia seeds

    Steps For Making  Fruit Wraps (or watch video)

    1. Lay the wraps flat on the counter
    2. Spread almond butter
    3. Add yogurt and spread evenly
    4. Add bananas, berries, mango evenly
    5. Sprinkle hemp seeds, chia seeds, almonds and pomegranate seeds

    Tips For Making The Best Coconut Fruit Wrap

    • It is hard to make mistakes making a coconut fruit wrap; you can use any fruits and nuts that you have on hand, or those that you just find delicious
    • Make sure that you do not overfill the wrap, or you will not be able to close it without fruit falling out.
    • Keep your fruits and nuts mostly in the center, leaving a border along the edges

    Ingredients
      

    • 2 tablespoon almond butter
    • ½ banana
    • ¼ cup raspberries/blackberries or whatever berries you have
    • ¼ cup mango
    • 2 tablespoon(s) pomegranate seeds
    • ½ teaspoon hemp seeds
    • ½ teaspoon chia seeds
    • ½ teaspoon toasted almonds
    • 2 tablespoon(s) coconut yogurt
    • 2 coconut wraps
    • orange zest for garnish

    Instructions
     

    • Divide ingredients in half as recipe makes 2 wraps
    • Spread almond butter on wrap
    • Add fruit in layers, banana, then berries, then mango, pomegranate seeds
    • Sprinkle hemp seeds, chia seeds, toasted almonds
    • Top with tablespoon(s) yogurt
    • Roll wrap
    • Garnish with orange zest
