Rosemary, Garlic, Pepper Potato Bakes
Ordinary potato bakes become special with creamy garlic, rosemary and pepper.
Ingredients
- 8 potatoes sliced, in thick french fry shape
- 6 cloves garlic sliced
- 1 anaheim pepper minced
- ¼ cup fresh rosemary
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Arrange potatoes on baking sheet
- Sprinkle salt
- Top with garlic, peppers, rosemary
- Drizzle olive oil
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are done
