  • 8 potatoes sliced, in thick french fry shape
  • 6 cloves garlic sliced
  • 1 anaheim pepper minced
  • ¼ cup fresh rosemary
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Arrange potatoes on baking sheet
  • Sprinkle salt
  • Top with garlic, peppers, rosemary
  • Drizzle olive oil
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are done
