    Grilled Vegetable Pizza Salad.  There is nothing like pizza...any kind of pizza will do.  In this case, this pizza features the best of pizza with grilled vegetable, and as an added bonus, it is topped with a fresh green salad.  Awesome combination!  Vegan, gluten free, dairy free.

    Grilled Vegetable Pizza With Mixed Greens

    Ingredients
      

    Homemade Pizza Sauce

    • 6 oz tomato paste
    • 3 tablespoon(s) water
    • 2 tablespoon(s) Italian seasoning
    • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
    • ½ teaspoon sea salt

    Pizza

    • 1 cup mushrooms
    • 1 orange pepper chopped
    • 8 cloves of garlic
    • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
    • ½ teaspoon sea salt
    • 4 gluten free pizza crusts
    • 1 cup of vegan mozzarella cheese

    Salad

    • 2 cups of mixed greens kale & spinach
    • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
    • ¼ cup green onions

    Instructions
     

    Pizza Sauce

    • Place all ingredients in a jar and shake until blended.

    Pizza

    • Heat oven to broil
    • Place vegetables on baking sheet-add salt and olive oil. Broil until vegetables are browned, approximately 5 minutes.
    • Reduce temperature of oven to 375 degrees
    • Spread pizza sauce on each pizza crust
    • Evenly distribute grilled vegetables on each pizza crust.
    • Top with vegan cheese
    • Bake in oven approximately 20 minutes or according to pizza crust directions
    • After removing from oven and cooling slightly, top with mixed greens
