Instructions
Pizza Sauce
Place all ingredients in a jar and shake until blended.
Pizza
Heat oven to broil
Place vegetables on baking sheet-add salt and olive oil. Broil until vegetables are browned, approximately 5 minutes.
Reduce temperature of oven to 375 degrees
Spread pizza sauce on each pizza crust
Evenly distribute grilled vegetables on each pizza crust.
Top with vegan cheese
Bake in oven approximately 20 minutes or according to pizza crust directions
After removing from oven and cooling slightly, top with mixed greens
