Here's our Best Instant Pot Recipes. I have been spending a lot of time cooking with the Instant Pot since I purchased it and I have summarized my thoughts about this kitchen gadget in my review of Instant Pot 6 Quart Pressure Cooker.
This Tool of the Trade has become my new best friend, next to my George Foreman Indoor Outdoor Grill. Between these two kitchen gadgets, I rarely turn my oven on, and in the summer, that is a good thing.
I will say that the two features that are most important to me about the Instant Pot are the time that it takes to cook is greatly reduced, and the flavor is exponentially enhanced by the pressure cooking.
