½ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup cooked white beans
¼ cup green onions
¼ cup cooked corn
8 cherry tomatoes sliced
½ cup shredded cabbage
¼ cucumber sliced
1 persimmon sliced
2 cups mixed greens
4 tablespoon(s) red pepper hummus
6 blue corn chips crushed

Instructions

Layer items in 64 oz, large jar as follows:

Beans
Green onion
Corn
Cherry tomatoes
Cabbage
Cucumber
Persimmons
Greens
Red Pepper Hummus
Sprinkle blue corn chips, crushed
