Maple Glazed Beets. Beets are simple vegetables with a beautiful red color and packed with nutrients. I like to prepare these maple glazed beets ahead of time, and add them to macro bowls, salads, pastas and rice dishes. They are delicious hot or cold, and only require 3 ingredients. Vegan, gluten free and dairy free.

Maple Glazed Beets
Maple Glazed Beets. Serve as side dish, on burgers, salads or tacos. Vegan, gluten free, dairy free
Ingredients
- 4 cups of spiralized beets
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in bowl until all beets are coated with maple syrup and coconut oil
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Serve as side dish, on burgers, salads or tacos
