Chocolate Chia Raspberry Bowl
Chocolate Chia Raspberry Bowl--breakfast tastes like dessert. Vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
Ingredients
Layer 1
- Chocolate chia pudding:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cocoa or cacao powder
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- Mix and let set for 2 hours
Layer 2:
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt or vegan coconut yogurt
Toppings:
- ½ banana
- ½ cup raspberries
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
- ¼ cup toasted almonds
- ¼ cup toasted coconut
Instructions
- Mix chocolate chia pudding ingredients and let set for 2 hours. Place in bottom of bowl.
- Add yogurt and fruit
- Sprinkle toppings
