I used Organic Rustic Roots--carrots, sweet potatoes, parsnips and red onions.

Instructions
Pasta
Cook orzo pasta according to package directions
Vegetables
Toss all vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
Frozen vegetables are precooked, so place them on the grill for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
Remove vegetables and toss with cooked pasta
Drizzle with Lemon Garlic Creme Sauce

Blend all ingredients in high speed blender
