dried mulberries
or whatever dried berries you prefer
Coconut Glaze

of raw cashews

cup
of water

teaspoon
sea salt

dried shredded coconut

cup
maple syrup
Instructions
Bars
Mix all ingredients in 1 bowl.
Microwave for 1 minute. Stir until all dry ingredients are mixed.
Lightly brush coconut oil on bottom of 9x13 pan, or line pan with paper; pour ingredients into pan and press.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Coconut Glaze
Blend all ingredients in high speed blender.
After freezing bars for 1 hour, pour coconut glaze on bars and freeze for another hour.
Slice into bars and serve. Store left over bars in the freezer because they will melt if left out for too long.
