Any additional veggies that you have on hand for added flavor and nutrition-cabbage

Maple Ginger Glaze

maple syrup

Instructions
Fried Rice
Saute jackfruit, garlic, leeks, bean sprouts and red pepper in coconut oil. Add sea salt and red pepper flakes.
Add rice and vegetable broth and simmer for 8 minutes or until heated.
Maple Ginger Glaze
Mix all ingredients in blender.
Serve rice topped with glaze.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with sliced leeks.
