With most ingredients in this bowlyou can eat them cooked or raw. Assemble your bowl as follows:
½red peppersliced
½yellow peppersliced
2tablespoonolive oilfor stirfry
½cupbrown riceor quinoa, I use Seeds of Change precooked rice/quinoa
½cupmaple glazed beetsif you don't have time to cook beets, use fresh beets
½cupsun dried tomatoesor fresh tomatoes
½cupsauerkrautwith or without pickles
½cuppinto beansor adzuki beans
¼cupbean sprouts
6slicesmini cucumbers
6slicesmango
1tablespoondulse flakes
This bowl is assembled with all of the above ingredients. Some take time to cookbut if you don't have time to make Maple Glazed Beets, use fresh beets. If you don't have time to make Sun Dried Tomatoes, use fresh tomatoes.
Instructions
Red and yellow peppers: Stirfry on medium high heat in olive oil until tender. Approximately 5 minutes. Alternative: Grill peppers on grill or serve raw
Beans and rice/quinoa: Since they are pre-cooked, heat throughly in pan
