Ingredients
4eggs, whites separated from yolks
2cupschocolate chips-semi sweet, melted
2tablespoonsifted powdered sugaroptional
½cupberries for servingoptional
Instructions
Separate egg whites from yolks. Place egg whites in food processor and process for 3 minutes
Melt chocolate chips in bowl for 2 minutes in microwave. Add yolks to chocolate, and stir, one yolk at a time. Add egg white mixture to chocolate mix and stir well.
Grease silicon muffin pan with coconut oil. Preheat oven to 320 degrees. Spoon mix into muffin pan.
Bake at 320 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with fruit or optional sprinkle of sifted powdered sugar.
