Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup white chia seeds ground
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon coriander
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla or vanilla powder
  • 2 tablespoon(s) maple syrup
  • 1 cup blackberries I used frozen since it is January, but would prefer fresh

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except berries in blender.
  • Stir in half the blackberries with spoon.
  • Top with remaining berries
  • Let pudding set for 2 hours
  • Sprinkle cinnamon, hemp seeds, and chocolate nibs for garnish
