Hot Peanut Dressing

peanut butter

coconut aminos

maple syrup
juice of 1 lime

Instructions
Veggie Balls
Saute garlic in olive oil; add all vegetables and stirfry for 5 minutes. Add salt and red pepper.
Let cool.
Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Form veggie balls with small scoop.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Hot Peanut Dressing
Blend all ingredients in high speed blender until smooth.
Serve. Makes approximately 24 small balls.
