Ingredients
Salad
1cupwatermelon
1cupcucumbersliced or spiral, like mine
½cupraspberries
1sliced avocado
1cupbaby broccoli
1cuppapaya
½cuptoasted almonds
4cupsbaby kale
Dressing
½cupolive oil
½cupmaster tonic (recipe below)
¼cupgoji berries
4dates
pinchsea salt
Master Tonic
¼cupgarlic, minced
¼cuponion, chopped
2tablespoonhorseradish, minced
2knobs tumeric, chopped
1jalapeno pepper, chopped
32ozorganic apple cider vinegar
¼cupfresh ginger, chopped
juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
Salad
Mix all ingredients together except almonds
Toss Salad
Dressing
Mix master tonic and olive oil and salt together.
Add dates and goji berries to blender and blend until smooth.
Drizzle dressing on salad and sprinkle toasted almonds.
Master Tonic
Add all ingredients to apple cider vinegar.
Blend all ingredients just until they are mixed together, not liquified
Let tonic set in jar for 1-2 weeks, shaking periodically.
Strain ingredients and add remaining vinegar mixture, which is your master tonic, to a jar with a top
Add to salad dressing.
