Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew yogurt or if you are not dairy free and vegan, plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup nut milk or soy milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon cardamon
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • ½ teaspoon coriander
  • Pinch of ground clove
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add yogurt, strawberries and nut milk to blender and blend.
  • Add spices and maple syrup and blend. Serve.
