16 oz organic red lentils 1 onion, chopped 2 cups baby broccoli, chopped 1 fresh beet, peeled and shredded 2 14.5 oz cans roma tomatoes 6 cloves garlic, minced 6 cups organic vegetable broth 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1-½ teaspoon sea salt ¾ tsp red pepper flakes ½ teaspoon chili powder ½ teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
Put all ingredients in the inner pot of the Instant Pot. For Instant Pot cooking, cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.
For slow cooker cooking, cook on slow cooker setting for 8 hours.
