Stirfry
- 3 cups of organic shredded red and green cabbage
- 3 cups of power greens kale, chard and spinach
- ½ cup of sliced green onions
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ cup of Cooked Jasmine Rice for each serving
Hot Peanut Dressing
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup coconut aminos
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
Hot Peanut Dressing
Blend all ingredients in high speed blender
Cook Jasmine Rice according to package directions
To Serve: Top vegetables with rice and drizzle hot peanut sauce. Garnish with cilantro.
