Chai Chia Berry Pudding Bowl
Chai Chia Berry Pudding-creamy, light and nutritious.
- 1 cup almond milk
- ¼ cup white chia seeds ground
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon coriander
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla or vanilla powder
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 cup blackberries I used frozen since it is January, but would prefer fresh
Mix all ingredients except berries in blender.
Stir in half the blackberries with spoon.
Top with remaining berries
Let pudding set for 2 hours
Sprinkle cinnamon, hemp seeds, and chocolate nibs for garnish
