Grilled Fruit Kabobs
Perfect for breakfast or snack!
- 6 cups fruit, chopped I used banana, papaya, cantaloupe, strawberries, fresh coconut, apples
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil for skewers and grill
Papaya Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup fresh papaya
- ½ cup soy or coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon tumeric
- pinch sea salt
Rub coconut oil on 4-6skewers. Chop fruit in large pieces and place on skewer, alternating fruits. Try and keep fruit the same size, so it cooks equally. If you don't use all the fruit on the skewers, place loose fruit on the grill and cook with the skewers
Oil the grill with coconut oil so the fruit does not stick. Place 4 skewers on grill. Cook approximately 3 minutes and flip and grill an additional 3 minutes.
Remove skewers from grill. Serve with Papaya Dipping Sauce
