1 cup quinoa, rinsed 1 cup fresh blueberries 1 cup fresh strawberries OR blackberries ½ teaspoon sea salt ¼ cup maple syrup 1 ¾ cup almond milk 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds, toasted optional
Add quinoa, spices, berries, maple syrup to Instant Pot. Stir and add almond milk.
Set Instant Pot to pressure cook for 8 minutes. Let steam naturally release until completely vented.
Serve topped with toasted pumpkin seeds and sliced strawberries.
