1cupquinoa, rinsed
1cupfresh blueberries
1cupfresh strawberries OR blackberries
½teaspoonsea salt
¼cupmaple syrup
1 ¾cupalmond milk
1teaspooncinnamon
1teaspoonvanilla
2tablespoonpumpkin seeds, toastedoptional
Instructions
Add quinoa, spices, berries, maple syrup to Instant Pot. Stir and add almond milk.
Set Instant Pot to pressure cook for 8 minutes. Let steam naturally release until completely vented.
