¼cupliquid aminos
¼cupsesame oil
2tablespoonmaple syrup
2tablespoonrice wine vinegar
2tablespoonhot chili paste
2teaspoonminced garlic
1 ½cupsvegetable broth
1 ½cupssoy milkor your preferred milk
3cupschopped chickenpre-cooked
1red pepperchopped
3tablespooncornstarch
3tablespoonwater
2tablespoonpeanut butter
¼cuppeanuts
chopped herbs or green onions for garnish
Instructions
Chop chicken into bite size pieces. Chop red peppersAdd water to cornstarch; stir until all lumps are gone. Add all ingredients to Instant PotCook on high pressure for 5 minutes if chicken is precooked; 20 minutes if chicken is uncookedWhen cooking is complete, release pressure. Stir sauce and serve with white rice or noodles. Sprinkle peanuts and herbs on top.
