Ingredients

Bowl

  • ½ cup cooked oatmeal
  • ½ cup vegan yogurt
  • 2 slices orange or tangerine
  • 2 tablespoon blackberries
  • 2 tablespoon raspberries
  • ¼ cup granola Use store brand, or make your own homemade-recipe below
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon toasted coconut

Homemade Crunchy Granola

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup applesauce
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla powder or vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1-½ cup nuts fruits and seeds. I used:
  • dried toasted coconut
  • sesame seeds
  • hemp seeds
  • cashews
  • almonds
  • pumpkin seeds
  • dried mulberries

Instructions

Bowl

  • Add all ingredients to bowl as pictured, or according to your preference. Sprinkle toasted coconut and hemp seeds and drizzle almond butter on top.

Homemade Crunchy Granola

  • Mix all ingredients in bowl
  • Spread mixture on baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, or until toasted.
  • Stir a few times during baking for even toasting.
  • Serve plain, with milk, with yogurt or as a topping.

Notes

With all of these ingredients, this bowl will be sufficient for 2 servings. Oatmeal cook time is not included, nor is cook time for homemade granola.
