Ingredients

Layer 1

  • Chocolate chia pudding:
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa or cacao powder
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • Mix and let set for 2 hours

Layer 2:

  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt or vegan coconut yogurt

Toppings:

  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ cup toasted almonds
  • ¼ cup toasted coconut

Instructions

  • Mix chocolate chia pudding ingredients and let set for 2 hours. Place in bottom of bowl.
  • Add yogurt and fruit
  • Sprinkle toppings
