Matcha Chai Latte.  Starting the day out with homemade Matcha Chai Latte made with non dairy milk and a variety of spices will greatly increase the chances that it will be a great day. Making your own chai means that you can treat yourself whenever you need to, and it won’t be loaded with preservatives and sugar.    Vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
Serve with Pumpkin Cranberry Bread.

Acai-Tini

Acai-Tini.  I frequently stalk the local Goodwill store and thrift shops for things to reuse and re-purpose, including glasses or dishes for my food and drink creations.  I found these glasses at Goodwill, and had to make a healthy, alcohol free, drink to highlight their beauty. Acai juice, hemp seeds, pomegranate seeds and other good things make this a delicious, refreshing drink.  You can serve this drink as a snack or with a meal for a light, refreshing snack.  Vegan, gluten free, dairy free.
