Fruit and Nut Energy Bars

Energy is a good thing, and everybody wants some. The only bad news is, after you try these tasty Fruit and Nut Energy Bars, you won’t be able to ever give them up.   It is true that food is energy, but it is great to find a snack or meal that, in addition to being healthy, is also so delicious.  I have to admit, when testing some of the vegan and gluten free recipes, they sometimes lack that zing that I really want in order to not feel deprived on a limited or healthy diet.  These bars do not disappoint!
