Taco Salad Bouquet

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic jackfruit
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup cooked white beans
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1/4 cup cooked corn
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 persimmon, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 4 tbsp. red pepper hummus
  • 6 blue corn chips, crushed

Instructions

  1. Layer items in 64 oz, large jar as follows:
  2. Jackfruit
  3. Beans
  4. Green onion
  5. Corn
  6. Cherry tomatoes
  7. Cabbage
  8. Cucumber
  9. Persimmons
  10. Greens
  11. Red Pepper Hummus
  12. Sprinkle blue corn chips, crushed
  13. When ready to eat, either add your favorite dressing to the jar and shake, or pour into bowl and enjoy.
