Chipotle Hummus

In less than 10 minutes, you can spice up any dish with this Chipotle Hummus, or serve it as an appetizer with vegetables or chips.

    Chipotle Hummus
  • 1 16 oz can of garbonzo beans
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning
  • Juice of one lime


  1. Drain garbonzo beans. Preserve liquid.
  2. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth adding preserved liquid as needed.
