Dinner in on in less than 30 minutes with this Power Greens Stirfry With Hot Peanut Dressing.  Full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber, this scrumptious dish is also vegan, gluten free and dairy free.

Power Green Stirfry With Hot Peanut Dressing


  • 3 cups of organic shredded red and green cabbage
  • 3 cubs of power greens, kale, chard and spinach
  • 1 cup of sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup of Cooked Jasmine Rice for each serving
  • Hot Peanut Dressing
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp red curry paste


  1. Saute all vegetables in coconut oil.
  2. Add sea salt.
  3. Hot Peanut Dressing
  4. Blend all ingredients in high speed blender
  5. Cook Jasmine Rice according to package directions
  6. To Serve: Top vegetables with rice and drizzle hot peanut sauce. Garnish with cilantro.
