This bowl is so pretty, it is hard to eat it! Just a reminder that even in the dark of winter, we can still enjoy delicious breakfast bowls that are healthy and light.
- 1/2 large papaya, seeds removed
- 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal
- 2 tbsp goji berries
- 2 tbsp bluberries,
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 1 tbsp. coconut chips
- 1 tsp chocolate chips or nibs
- 1 tsp dried figs
- 1 tsp hemp seeds.
- Layer cooked oatmeal, banana, blueberries in papaya (seeds removed)
- Sprinkle goji berries, coconut chips, chocolate nibs, figs and hemp seeds.
