Maple Cranberry Brown Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except cranberries until smooth.
  2. With spoon, mix in 1/2 cup cranberries.
  3. Bake 20 minutes at 350.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon; drizzle with maple syrup.
