Mango Kiwi Chocolate Chia Dessert


Looking for a dessert that you can make with whatever you have around the kitchen?  This is it!  If you have chia seeds and nut milk, you can whip up the chocolate chia pudding.  Layer with whatever fruit you have, some coconut yogurt and top with the superfoods that you love.  Healthy and sweet:)

Mango Chocolate Chia Dessert


  • 1/2 cup chocolate chia pudding
  • (1 cup almond milk, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1 tsp vanilla powder, pinch salt, 2 tbsp cacao makes 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup pureed mango
  • 2 kiwi
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • figs and goji berries for topping
  • chocolate cacao sauce
  • (1/2 cup water, 4 tbsp agave, 1/4 cup cacao powder, 2 tsp coconut oil heated to boiling)


  1. Layer:
  2. kiwi slices
  3. chocolate chia pudding
  4. mango
  5. coconut yogurt
  6. top with figs and goji berries
  7. drizzle with chocolate cacao sauce
